Required Documents
The requirement of document varies from country to country depending on their particular laws. Additional documents might be needed if the embassy of manpower importing nation is in outside Nepal. Basically, we need following documents in-details to meet the government requirements:

Document Details: –
Authorization Letter, this letter should be addressed to the Embassy of the employer’s country to authorize Asha International (P) Ltd. Kathmandu Nepal, License No.243/058/059.

Demand letter, this should be addressed to Asha International License no 243/058/059. The letter should be mentioned the required number of workers, nature of job with the required categories, salary, duty hours, food and accommodation facilities, overtime, transport, insurance of workers and other benefits.

Power of attorney, it is a legal confirmation for the selection of manpower on behalf of the employer. This authorizes Asha International, for sending workers in a lawful manner.
Employment Agreement is the contract document between employer and employment agency. The agreement must be signed by both parties.

Service Agreement, Service agreement needs to be done between Asha International and the employee company. Where, salary, working hours, working duration, Overtime, accommodation, air tickets, and medical facilities and other benefit should be spell out clearly.

Guarantee Letter, it is a mandatory document where the company provides written guarantee to the labor that they will use labor in agreed company and not send them to any other third country. This guaranteed letter must be addressed to the department of foreign employment along with the terms and conditions as per the demand letter.

Note: Copy of visa is required in the case of multinational and original copy of visa requires for Nepali nationals. The documents mentioned above must be duly sealed and attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce as well.
